I just racked to my secondary early on today, I took a hydrometer reading the day before and it was where it was supposed to be, and the airlock was bubling like once every 70 seconds or so in the primary. After I racked it to the secondary with a S airlock on it the bubbling has picked up again once every 10 to 15 seconds, is this normal?
Or are the S air locks just more accurate and prone to bubble more, or is it from some of the mixing during the racking to the secondary?
