I am doing a Sam Adams Boston Ale Clone the original gravity was 1.062 I racked it today as my gravity hasn't fallen in 2 days it is at 1.021. But when I started racking it I cracked the lid on my primary bucket a bit to check it out and it still looked like there was a this kreusen on top did I rack to early or am I still okay. I mean I plan on ageing it in my basement for like a month at 55 degress so it should finish what's left in there right?

You probably racked too early AND are still okay. I'd keep it around 70F for a week or two and then move it to the basement. Most ale yeasts don't do much at 55F.

The krausen was very thin maybe just yeast protein. I mean the bubbler was bubbling like once every 2 minutes.

It is in my basement I had to go to work it's been in there for like 7 hours at 55 degrees I don't really feel like bringing it back up if I leave it there will it enventually finish I do see activity in the bubbler. Plus if it's been at that temp for so long will the fluctuation in temp effect it. I'm lazy I'm just gonna let it sit.
