One of the latest things in beer brewing seems to be keeping the beer in the primary until it's ready to keg/bottle.
Does hard cider need to be racked to a secondary to get it off the lees? Mine just finished fermenting and I'm waiting for it to drop clear. It's starting to do that now, but it's going to take a while, and there's a *lot* of dark sediment.
