I'm going to vegas today, and wondering if I should rack what I got to the secondary. It's been fermenting for 10 days, and theres still bubbling about every 30-35 seconds. I'm using saflager yeast for a kolsch. Will I be okay to leave it in the primary until i get back which will be monday?

the hydrometer, not your airlock, is how you know the beer is done fermenting and ok to go to secondary.

waiting longer is better than rushing it.

Leave it but bring it back a cool glass from Vegas to pour it into. That way the beer will forgive you for leaving it alone for so long.

Leave it in. Better than having an incomplete fermentation. Some people don't ever rack to secondary at all.
