So I made a Rogue hazelnut brown nectar clone and I had it fermenting at 60 degrees (as recommended from the kit) in a swamp cooler. It's done fermenting, so if I rack to a secondary should I keep it at 60? Or is it okay to keep it at room temp until I have enough bottles to bottle it? Or should I keep it at 60?

IMO once fermentation has ended, temperature control is much less critical. I think you will be fine storing at room temperature. I thought room temperature in MI this time of year is about 60? cheers!

This^^^^^^.

BTW, why do you want to bother with using a secondary for a hazelnut brown nectar clone? Just leave it in the primary until it's done, give it a few more days for the yeast to clean up, then bottle/keg.

This^^^^^^.

BTW, if that secondary is glass, it's really not safe. You should be using plastic.

sorry, couldn't resist . . .
