Now, I'm not sure this qualifies as a true SMaSH because I have added some crystal/caramel malt I have left over from other brewing, but, here goes. Thoughts?

Style Name: American Strong Ale
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 3 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 4.5 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.043
Efficiency: 70% (brew house)

STATS:
Original Gravity: 1.064
Final Gravity: 1.011
ABV (standard): 7.04%
IBU (tinseth): 61.93
SRM (morey): 11.41

FERMENTABLES:
7 lb - American - Pale Ale (93.3%)
4 oz - American - Caramel / Crystal 80L (3.3%)
4 oz - American - CaraBrown (3.3%)

HOPS:
0.5 oz - Challenger, First Wort, IBU: 31.57
0.5 oz - Challenger, 15 min, IBU: 14.24
0.5 oz - Challenger, 10 min, IBU: 10.41
0.5 oz - Challenger, 5 min, IBU: 5.72

YEAST:
Fermentis / Safale - American Ale Yeast US-05

Thanks. Originally, this was going to be just pale malt and hops - more like a white IPA, but I need to use some crystal malt I have just sitting around. I'll still find out if I like challenger hops though...:)
