Bottled my second batch yesterday. Numbers are where they are suppose to be. Its an American IPA. Third batch has two more days in primary fermentation.

Congrats on the second brew but was it really done? Yeast can do the major work of fermentation pretty quickly but they need time to clean up the byproducts.

How do you know your 3rd batch only has 2 more days. Are your yeast punching a time clock, working on a schedule, totally under your control? I have a batch that should have been done fermenting at 2 weeks so I dry hopped then. That kicked off more activity and at a month it was still going as evidenced by hydrometer reading. Don't rush your yeast, your beer will be better with more time.
