While I wait on my first batch. I'm starting to compile my equipment list for my next batch. Going to buy a frig for the garage and build a immersion cooler or buy a plate chiller. ( haven't decided yet) I'm trying to decide what to buy for my next recipe kit. I don't want to jump to far ahead. Beers I like
Duvel ( most Belgians) just about any trippel
Newcastle
eye of the hawk
Most ales by Dogfish head
"barrel series" Sam Adams
Chimay
most "brown ales"

Any suggestions?

Brown Ale would certainly be something good to do for the fall or something akin to SN's Tumbler. Midwest and Northern Brewer both have some good brown ale kits

The one I have in primary is a brown ale. I want to try something like a chimay, or duvel. Not sure if they are more difficult though.

That looks a little out of my league. Still doing extract. Sounds awesome though.

You can convert it to extract. Beersmith can do it for you automatically or you can do the math yourself. Here is an explanation of the conversion. If I get a little time later I can do it as well and I'll post it up here.
