Second batch in bottles

Well guys i've finished my second batch. Should be ready by New Years!!! Tasted GREAT just need some carbination! So i'm going to name my beer "Nick's Wicked Wheat" Im GF is doing the labels for me fro the few 6packs i give out for gifts!

Congrats! You might just be able to down one for your Christmas dinner, if you don't mind risking a bit of premature beer. You should be solid for the new year!

"carbination" or not, I've been brewing for years and just bottled another pumpkin ale last week...I couldn't wait and popped a cap yesterday. Flat or not, it tastes great and has alcohol. Cheers men, and Happy Brewing, err, I mean Holidays! ...it's great to be a brewer!

woodstone i have to agree. Its great to be a home brewer. I always drink a glass of my home brew while i'm bottling. And I will post my label when she gets it done.
