I just recently had the opportunity to try Red Hooks Blue Line Extra Special Birthday ale and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. They referenced a common name for it on the label; Seattle Banana Beer. Anybody have a recipe for the Seattle Banana Beer and what yeast they use to get the great Banana fruity taste?

Preferably an all grain recipe
