Take an ahi steak.....rub it with garlice powder, onion powder, powdered ginger, a touch of cayenne, coarse ground black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil (or sesame oil works great) and soy sauce.

Get your grill up to at least 550*F (650*F is better).

Grill for 90 seconds, rotate 90*, 90 more seconds; flip, and repeat.

Slice thin and serve over a bed of mixed greens, carrots, onion, cucs, bell pepper, etc. drizzled with homemade raspberry vinaigrette.

Dab some sriracha and it's heaven!

That looks GREAT! I have never really liked the flavor of sesame oil but then again I was raise practical drinking olive oil.
