screw size for march pump mount

What screw size do I need for an 809 March Pump to mount? The mounting plate on the pump screw holes are in an oval shape.

Whatever size fits! Seriously though, the holes are oval so that you don't have to get the screws perfectly aligned. Get them close and then align the pump the way you want it and then finish screwing. I just used some Std. 1" drywall screws - my "stand" is made of wood

I used 1/4" SS squared U-bolts. Works great
