I got my hands on 30ft or so of refrigerator copper water line, thank to the gentleman from Lows that delivered my new range yesterday. Most of this stuff is tarnished and got paint on it so there isn't a chance it is going into a pot of my boiling wort. So I bent up about a 20' pre-chiller I figure it will at least take 5 min off my cooling times if I use it in an ice bucket, or freeze it in a block of ice before I brew.

I use a pre-chiller too. All you need is ice and some water. Don't add the ice right away. Wait until the temp drops a bit due the to the groundwater temps before adding the ice. You'll use a lot less ice that way.
