I cam up with a recipe for a sort of Scottish Ale. I was going for a historic type brew, but this is what I came up with:

I have never user turbinado, or molasses before. Do these amounts seem resonable? I don't want the molasses to totally dominate the brew. Does this seem like a reasonable recipe?
