I am getting ready to brew a new batch and was wondering if anyone had any good simple recipes for Schwarzbier (German Black Lager)? Up until now i have only brewed a hard cider and an all malt extract amber ale so i am a bit skittish and sketchy on the details so anyone who can help me out i would greatly appreciate it.
