I admire people like you... as I said in another post I am always arseyboo...

My friend and I saw a home brew kit and I thought "cool, I'm gonna give that a go". I took it home, mixed the brew, stuck it in the cupboard and THEN came to this forum to find out how it's supposed to be done! lol

Good on you for researching first, but don't wait too long to jump in and do it. :)
