I'm starting to try to conceive of my new brewery set up (going to be years until I'm ready to go), but I'm thinking of making a steam infusion mash set up. Because I am less sophisticated in building things and am terrified of accidentally building a bomb out of a corny keg, I'm considering if I can use some other steam generating device in order to achieve mash stability.
Because I plan on making a fairly large system (~20gallons), I'm thinking that the pressure cooker option is out since I doubt I can find one that will be able to store enough energy to heat 20 gallons of mash.
I'm trying to figure out if something like this 6kW Sauna Steam generator might provide a fairly inexpensive, yet consistent steam source.

Has anyone tried using one of these devices for SIMS?
Thanks.
