If it will fit a keg I don't see why it couldn't be converted. Either with a picnic tap or drill the hole and add a tower.

People make a paste and put it on top while the unit is unplugged and room temp. Plug unit in and the paste melts where the heating coils are.

If you could find a 4.4 cu ft it would be easier to get two ball locks in there.

Yeh so so far so good. Was able to remove the shelfing and the keg fits nicely. The only part I am unsure on is do i have coils on the top. The compressor is on the back obviously and it appears the lines are running through the back of the fridge to the freezer, which i have bent downward on the inside. There is still something I need to maybe be concerned with up to?

The only reason I ask is this is an older unit so it appears the cover is 1 solid piece of aluminium removing it doesnt appear to be the easiest of things.

When you say the compressor is on the back, I think what you're referring to is the condenser coils. Those are the ones you want to be concerned about hitting when cutting through the top and are often found inside the exterior skin on most mini-fridges. The compressor is the canister on the bottom.

If the diagram that you linked to is the exact model, then you have everything you need.
It looks to me like you don't have any lines running through the skin, but they are mounted on the back instead.

It should be perfectly safe to put a hole in the top. If you are still concerned about it, start your hole from the inside with a utility knife and cut away the intererior skin, then go slowly through the insulation until you find wires or lines or you can see the inside of the exterior skin.
