I am sanitizing bottles for some hard cider, which we will drink tonight. I was wondering will the sanitizer affect the way my cider will taste?

If the directions are followed, it won't.

technically it doesn't even need to dry. just get it poured out for 30 seconds then fill.
at proper concentration, it doesn't have much taste.
