Sanke coupler question

I have a hand pump Sanke D tap. I recently made a keezer, and was gonna try to use that if possible to save myself from having to buy another one.

Is there a conversion to do this? I haven't been able to find anything yet. This hole has inside threads and all the others have outside for use with a barbed fitting.

Not sure if this is definitive or not, but at another site I found out that you can do it, but it's a series of different fittings. By the time all is said and done, it's cheaper to pick up a used coupler from the For Sale Forum
