Sanitizing a filter......

I like to run my boil through a 150 mic filter that I get from work. When I sanitize it with pbw it's hard to dry it completely. Can there be any problem from pbw with the fermentation?

As far as I know, PBD is an oxidizing cleaner. It shouldn't harm the beer, although as it is a cleaner, it isn't a sanitizer. I would have probably run star san through the filter personally.
