San Diego says hello. Just wanted to say the search function really does wonders. I have learned more here in the past month than I thought imaginable. Finally drinking the first brew and it is a complete success. Fermenting an IPA currently; After I got over my initial panic of the first time brewing (a few beers certainly helped), I now know exactly what to look for with much of it due to the help of fellow HBT'ers.
