YES!!! Vienna is a base malt. Caravienne is a caramel/crystal malt, similar to Crystal 20
 
Yes. Vienna malt is lighter in color (3-8L) than Caravienne (20-24L), and is a base malt that contains fermentable sugars and can comprise up to 100% of your grainbill. Caravienne is similar to a crystal malt, and will increase body/add dextrines to your beer. You should not add more than about 25% of this for your grainbill.
