I picked up some salted caramel mix for baking. I’m thinking about using it in a basic brown ale. I’m wondering how much I should use and how/when to add it. Boil? Ferm? Prime Keg? Any thoughts? 10oz bags. Whole bag? Half? 2 bags? More? It’s pretty much pure sugar so I’m kinda thinking using a honey brown recipe and just sub caramel for honey.View attachment 606477
