This is what I'm working on right now. I'm going to brew it on Saturday! Any feed back would be great!


Saaz Cream

Recipe specifics:

Style: Cream Ale
Batch size: 5.0 gal
Boil volume: 6.0 gal
OG: 1.047
FG: 1.012
Bitterness (IBU): 19.5
Color (SRM): 2.6
ABV: 4.7%

Grain/Sugars:

3.00 lb Six-row (US), 35.3%
3.00 lb Pilsener (German), 35.3%
1.75 lb Flaked Corn, 20.6%
0.75 lb Corn Sugar, 8.8%, boil for 30 min

Hops:

1.00 oz Saaz (AA 3.5%, Pellet) 60 min, 13.8 IBU
0.50 oz Saaz (AA 3.5%, Pellet) 20 min, 4.2 IBU
0.50 oz Saaz (AA 3.5%, Pellet) 5 min, 1.4 IBU

Yeast/Misc:

WLP080 CREAM ALE YEAST BLEND, 1.0 unit(s), Yeast Need 265 billion.
Yeast starter\ goal=10.36
DME = 7.2 oz
