It has been a year since I have been able to brew. Finally getting back into it this weekend!

While creating my yeast starter, I stuck the wort on the stir plate for 10 minutes observing the color was different than I was used to. I walked over to the sink and found my yeast still in the originalcontainer....ha.

All good now, although I probably missed optimum temp by a couple degrees. Happens.
