So I have what I think is an incredibly ballsy move brewing wise. Some of you may know what Rumtopf is, some may not. Basically it's rum, fruit, and sugar left to sit in a jar for most of winter. Well I want to take this idea and make a beer with it. I know I should've started sooner, so basically I am going to have to fake it a bit. Instead of actual rumtopf I will just add sugar, rum, and fruit to the brewing process. I have never used rum in brewing and I was hoping for some tips.
