Hi, does anyone know where I can get som stoppers for bottles? I'm trying to build a bottlefiller and need something that fits inside the bottleneck and make a tight seal but dont't get stuck. I need a stopper/bung that are tapered, and has a hole in the middle. I've tried the usual stoppers but they get stuck in the bottle so I need something with a bit flatter angle than the standard stoppers.

Anyone knows?

Something like this picture. 14-15mm diameter at the narrow end.

That is the ones I mentioned that I've tried. They don't have a flat enough angle, and get stuck in the bottle.

How far are you pushing it into the bottle? It only needs to go in a little, not near as far as if you were trying to make friction fit so that wouldn't back out without effort. There a number of youtube videos showing the process.

It's an automated filler that uses pneumatics. The problem is that the bottle gets lifted when the cylinder retracts with these stoppers.
