Hi All, Has anyone experimented with these 2 ingredients in their mead? I'm thinking about making a tea out of both (not sure if I will boil separately or together) and add that to the wort. Has anyone tried this method? I'm hoping this will allow me to control to flavor profile a bit more.
 
Rosemary is crazy strong, so make that tea separate from the ginger. You'll likely need much less of it.
 
I've done ginger and found it quite refreshing. More of a summerisk drink.
