rose hips

Im considering making a Belgian triple w rose hips. Anyone ever try it? I've never used rose hips for anything.

I think in a tripel that will shine through nicely. in the siason I did, there was quite a sharp funk fighting for flavor. and if 2oz. ain't enough, you can dry hip!:rockin:
