Howdy folks. Jumping into the forums here to hopefully learn and figure out things as I progress. I'll be bottling my first batch tomorrow night. It's an American Pale Ale from Brewers Best. Made some mistakes (fermented for 36 hours in 5 gal carboy then emergency transferred to 6.5 gall fermenter) When I peeked in on it I have to say it looked and smelled great. I am a big time West Coast IPA fan. Love Lagunitas and recently visited them. Hope to brew all types of beer in the future.
