8 weeks, but you should save some back for at least two - four more months, and as always these will get better and age well up to 5 years.

BTW, what was your recipe?
 
I would let it go even longer if you can (say around 6 months). That's a fairly big beer and will benefit from extended aging. I've made Rochefort 10 and let it go for close to a year before trying it. I wasn't disappointed.
 
Yea, kinda depends on the OP's question, Drinkable, I would say 8 weeks, Good - 6 months (8 weeks + 4 months = 6 months;) ), Great - 1 year plus.

The monks release it after 8 weeks.

Has anybody here tried oaking this? I think it would be an excellent candidate.
