I recently had a failure on my robobrew. The board burned up. I had used it about a dozen times before that and have had it less than a year.

I contacted Kegland and quickly realized i should have contacted the company I bought it through (Williams Brewing). Long story short, Williams sent me new boards that they claim are new (upgraded). According to Kegland they are not the upgraded ones.

Right now I am stuck in the middle of a blame game and extremely frustrated. Im really regretting my purchase at this point. It seems like kegland is ok with putting out a faulty product and not standing behind it.

Does anyone know where I may purchase the upgraded boards? Any pictures of what they look like? I'm really just hoping to have this thing be reliable. Any information is appreciated.

In case anyone else has a similar issue and needs the upgraded boards:

I was able to puchase them through ontariobeerkegs.com. Even though i am located in the US, they found a way to ship these to me (listed on a sister site for me to order). Within the same day of reaching out to them the boards were ordered by me and shipped by them. It was very hassle free and i had the boards within a week.
