Drove all the way out to have these guys fill my tanks the other day. Had just bought brand new aluminum tanks and they were one of the only ones that would fill-while-you-wait in the area. All LHBS'es that I called would either only swap tanks or claimed that needed 3-4 weeks to have them refilled (?!) and wanted ~$30 per refill.
They're located in an industrial park of I-80 in W. Sac. Not super easy to find without a GPS, but manageable. Pulled in, hopped out with tanks, went inside to pay, came back out and they were already done.
Two 5# CO2 tank refills, plus two CO2 stickers, was under $40 out the door.
Nice staff. Takes debit, credit and cash. Refills during hours M-F 7:30a-3:30p.
