Hey guys,
I've been looking everywhere for different guides/advice on building a RIMS. I have all the stuff to install a 220V outlet in my garage. I have the RIMS tube, a 4500 watt element and the mash tun is already finished with a pump.
What I think I need: a temperature controller, thermocouple, and a relay. I'd like to use this system to do regular single infusion mashes as well as step mashes with somewhere close to 2 degrees per minute. I've had problems selecting relays and temperature controllers, so I'd be up for suggestions on parts you have used.
