If I was to drink a pint of brew that is only just ready for bottling, am I likely to feel ill/vomit? I ask this because I ust tasted a spoonful and it tastes wonderful.. I'm considering drinking it now even before it has matured. Thanks.
 
Go right ahead if it tastes good and is done fermenting it still has alcohol! Just try not to have a lot of yeast in what you drink. I usually drink my hydro samples because why waste it.
 
Heh, I pull a half a glass out of primary/secondary all the time while I'm waiting for a tap to free up. No harm in it at all.
