Hi, do you know if the use of rice hulls can affect the mash Ph?


I plan to brew a mexican lager with corn.

No, rice hulls, as far as I know, do not affect mash pH. I never factor them in when calculating my water adjustments and have not observed any unexpected pH variation when using them.

hi i have brewed a recipe and yes they dont rise the pH thanks!
