I just wanted to get some opinions on reusing the yeast I harvested from my porter. Deal is that I dumped it from the bottom of the conical into a a sterilized mason jar on the 11th day after I brewed. Normally I would brew again on Sunday which would be the 14th day after I brewed the porter. However, work was a pita this week and I don't feel like brewing this weekend. I have 400 ml of pretty thick slurry in the mason jar with about a half inch of porter covering stored at about 35 degrees.
Think it will be good to pitch next week if I take it out on brewday to let it warm up like normal? It is clean of trub and I'm brewing a stout so I don't think it needs any special treatment.
