I've got a berliner weisse sitting on Wyeast Lacto and WLP001 that I plan to bottle in a few weeks. I wouldn't mind making use of the bugs for a slightly sour, slightly funky beer. Maybe add some brett?
Was thinking a simple grain bill of pilsener some wheat or rye...
