I've got a berliner weisse sitting on Wyeast Lacto and WLP001 that I plan to bottle in a few weeks. I wouldn't mind making use of the bugs for a slightly sour, slightly funky beer. Maybe add some brett?

Was thinking a simple grain bill of pilsener some wheat or rye...

Has anybody reused a Berliner Weisse cake for another style?
 
I don't see why you couldn't. The only issue would be you don't know what percentage of that cake is yeast and what percentage is lacto.
