Nope, just that you didn't wait long enough between when it was finished and bottling. There is still a ton of "crap" in a fresh wine that would have settled out if you had waited. That stuff is settling out in the bottle.

You could decant the wine carefully before drinking, pour a glass-at-a-time very carefully and trash the last inch or so, drink it as is or (and this is the easiest) buy a wine sediment filter/pouring spout. It has a very fine filter built into the spout and will keep the sediment from pouring. As a side benefit, if the wine still has dissolved CO2 in it, the filter works to remove it.

Best thing is next time let the wine sit until nothing forms in the bottom of the carboy in 30 days...
