Request for Mixed DME and Grains Brew Formula

I have several pounds of unmilled grains that I have had for a couple of years and thought I would brew them up with 3.3 pounds of DME rather than just toss them out in the trash. The grains are a variety of different types. I also have a variety of hops that are beyond their expiry dates.

Anyone have experience doing this and as I am fairly new to all grains brewing, a step-by-step formula would be most appreciated.

I think lots of people on here do and odds and ends recipe to use up leftovers from brews gone before. Really depends on what all grains you have laying around as to what style you'd shoot for. Post up your grains and hops and I'm sure you'll get more than a few suggestions.
