About how often do you guys replace your O rings in your corny kegs? Is it basically when they look like the need to be replaced?

yeah, if they look damaged or if they smell like soda pop/root beer (i.e. a refurb/used keg).

i like Williams Brewing for keg lid o-rings...they have some fatter, softer rings that help used kegs get a better seal.

If you notice that they are damaged, or if you're having problems with them holding a seal, it's time to replace.

I'd replace them all at the same time, just to be safe.
