I bought a Brewtus 10 stand used a few years ago. I never had much impetus to get it running, I just jumped on a low price planning for later.
Now I wanna use it!
Currently, I'm having some significant problems with my Auber Syl 1512 controllers as one seems to be way off, skewing as the temperature increases, and I want to replace them. I've attempted to work on the Aubers but the datasheet is perplexing. In addition to this, one of them is physically cracked and it's kinda taped into place.
Can someone recommend a replacement that's easier to use? These devices fire an ASCO valve, so they need some sort of contact output.
