Remove "spice pack" before fermentation?

This kit came with orange/lemon to dump in during the boil...should I try to filter it out before I leave it sit for a couple of weeks in the fermentor?

Some do and some don't. I personally don't and usually leave mine in the bucket
for four to six weeks.

I don't filter them. I let them sit in primary until I bottle.
