Regulator won't zero out

This isn't a huge deal but rather just something I noticed lately. At some point, my regulator gauge started to read about 3-5psi when the connection at the tank was turned all the way off and the system was fully bled of pressure.

I think that this probably started a few months ago when I hadn't tightened my regulator after reconnecting it and I turned the gas on, which spewed CO2 out and froze everything up for a bit.

Overall it functions fine for a cheapy regulator, was just wondering if it was something that I could adjust on my own and get it to read zero when it should again.
