Regulator overpressure

I have a two product tap rite regulator that I adjusted incorrectly and now can't get it to work right. I incorrectly attempted to adjust regulator pressure without first pulling the knob out which caused the regulator to come apart. I think I put it together correctly, but I can't seem to drop the pressure below 20psi. I can't seem to find the parts diagram how this regulator (pictured) is put together.

Did you release excess pressure from the keg?

Yes. Bled it all off. I can regulate, but only down to 20. The other product line is fine.
