Regulator losing pressure?

So I have a new regulator and new 5 lb co2 tank I tightened everything up had it set at 12 psi come home for work regulator shows 0 set it back to 12 tightened but and screw back on regulator woke up in the morning checked it was down to 10 set it back and am at work now I checked for leaks didn't find anyone ever had this issue? Have you done the soapy water test at all junctions/valves/gauges? The ole' ear to the line test isn't 100% accurate :)

I have seen regulators leak from some weird places. Check your Keg as well. Make sure you blow off valve isn't leaking and that your ball/pin lock connection is tight.
