Regulator Damage or Not?

I pulled a classic rookie move and turned my tank pressure down while I had 30psi in my keg. Yep, beer all up in my regulator.

What should I do now? Clean it somehow? It seems to work, but I'm imagining it's sticky inside. Do I need to buy a new one?
