Regulator Adjustment Screw Replacement?

Is it possible (does anyone make) a replacement for the flat-head adjustment screws to turn them into handles?

Buy a handle/knob in the hardware store and epoxy it onto the existing screw head. Taking the screw out is not always a clean procedure. I did it on one of my old regulators and it has leaked since that mistake.

If you can't turn the screw by hand, then something is wrong; assuming the locknut is loose.

really??? its extremely hard to use mine by hand - i just use a stubby screwdriver
