I have been brewing Kombucha for awhile now, but I took a couple years off. When I last brewed I was doing Hibiscus booch (1st ferment). I cannot remember what amount of hibiscus flowers I used in my boil? Has anybody made this before, and can give me an idea? I would be looking for the amount of hibiscus to add to a 1 gal. boil.
All the searches I've done come up with people talking about the 2nd ferment, which is not what I'm doing.
